Outdoor training will commence next Tuesday, 16 June, and run every Tuesday until further notice.
Sessions will be weather dependent – cancellation notices will be posted to the website, Facebook and Twitter.
We will meet at our usual venue, by Hilsea Lines, where the bridge crosses over from Higbbury College and joins Peronne Road.
Sessions will commence at 6.30 and run for about 45 minutes to an hour.
There will be no more than 5 players to one coach, in order to comply with Government guidelines. Please register your interest by commenting on this post or on our social media posts.
As social distancing needs to be be maintained, this will not be a judo session. Neither can we share equipment with people outside of household groups. However we will be looking to incorporate some solo judo exercises.
There will be running. There will be press ups. There will be sit ups. There might even be burpees and mountain climbers and squats.
You will need :
- Running shoes and sports clothing
- Water bottle
- A jacket for judo exercises (not necessarily a judo jacket as it may get grass stained)
- Optionally, an exercise mat.
In order to support club funds, we ask for a £2 per head fee. We are happy to take cash, please try to bring the correct change with you.
We look forward to seeing you.
Great news -we will be there.
