Further competition opportunities

Following on from the weekend post identifying competition opportunites for 2016, Northern Home Counties have now published their events calendar for next year. Most of these events are at High Wycombe Judo Centre – the first purpose built judo centre in the country – so only about 90 minutes drive away.

7 February – Orange Belt and Below Open – Novice to 9th Mon inclusive

• Players 8 – 11 years inclusive and 12 – 16 years inclusive

19 March – Red Belt Rumble Open – Players 8 – 12 years inclusive

23 April – Pre-Cadets & Cadets Ranking

• Venue: Hornchurch Sports Centre, Harrow Lodge Park, Hornchurch Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 1JU

24 April – Minors, Juniors, Senior Ranking, Masters

17th July – Split Grade Open (The Don Werner Memorial Championships)

• PLAYERS GREEN, BLUE AND BROWN BELTS – 10^th to 18^th MON ONLY

16th October – Mini Mon Open for Boys and Girls – Novice to 6th Mon (Yellow Belt)

26 November – KYU Grade Open

• GROUP 4: WOMEN – NOVICE TO 1^st KYU – Weights to be decided on the day – please give exact weight
